Frequently asked questions
Is our fleet data secure?
Yes. All communication is encrypted (HTTPS), data is stored on servers in the European Union and backed up daily. You can delete a saved analysis at any time. We do not sell data to other companies.
Can I export data to my accounting system?
Yes, as a CSV file. For each car it contains the name, drivetrain, price, annual mileage, monthly cost, cost per kilometre, total net cost and the components: energy, servicing, insurance, depreciation and residual value. Open it in Excel or import it into any system that accepts CSV files.
How does fleet optimisation work?
The optimiser matches cars to drivers so that the total fleet cost is as low as possible. It takes into account each driver's annual mileage and type of routes, the preferred segment and the budget. Separately, it shows which cars pay off most when switched to electric and when the extra cost pays back.
What about GDPR for driver data?
Drivers are described by a number and a driving profile, without first or last names.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, on your own in the billing portal. No fixed-term contract and no penalties. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
